Aurélie Filippetti , Minister of Culture and Communication has participated in the Council of Ministers of Culture and Audiovisual of the European Union held in Brussels, 21 May 2014. At the request of Germany, the negotiation of the proposed transatlantic partnership has been at the heart of discussions. The Minister stressed the need to adhere strictly to the negotiating mandate set last year by the Board, in particular the objectives of cultural diversity and audiovisual services .
