The inaugural Food Loves Tech Expo, June 10–12, invites guests to see how technology is transforming the food system. Hosted by Edible Holdings and VanyerMedia, the exhibition in New York City’s West Chelsea neighborhood aims to showcase technology for sustainability, development, healthy eating, and more with a diverse audience of chefs, restaurateurs, authors, and entrepreneurs in attendance.
With a 20,000 square-foot warehouse space, opening night events, and a two-day expo to follow, Food Loves Tech will give the public a chance “to see, smell, touch, and taste the technologies that are transforming our food culture,” according to Edible Manhattan Editor-in-Chief Brian Halweil.
