FOOD TOURISM SEMINAR IN MADRID
World Food Travel organisation’s partner Koan Consulting is organizing a seminar on local food tourism development: “Landscape to Table. Creating a Food Destination”. The seminar is oriented for local food producers/ distributors, restaurants, travel agents, students and the general public. Gloria Rodriguez, our Association’s Ambassador for Spain, will participate in the event, presenting food tourism’s “ABC”, current trends, and expectations.
