Can 10 startups change the way we eat?

Artificial intelligence, deep learning, big data, nutrigenetics, aeroponics and drones are just some of the emerging technology that will become commonplace and start to be linked to food over the coming years. We currently host 10 start-ups from 7 different countries, selected from among 220 candidates of 18 nationalities, for the next three and a half months to define innovations that will revolutionise the food sector.
