Guanajuato (Mexico) debuts as a Latin American Capital of Gastronomy

During the International Tourism Fair in Madrid, the state will receive the title of Capital of Gastronomy 2015 which will start with 105 gastronomic, cultural and artistic activities in Mexico. The Secretary of Tourism of Guanajuato, Fernando Olivera Rocha, accompanied by the Ambassador of Mexico in Spain, Roberta Lajous, and the President of the Latin American Academy of Gastronomy, Rafael Anson, cut the ribbon on a year of culinary activities.
