A FOOD Tourism Forum called Food for Thought – aimed at raising the Sunshine Coast profile as a food tourism destination – will be held on Thursday. Sunshine Coast Destination CEO, Simon Ambrose said there was a growing appetite for food as part of the travel experience and the Sunshine Coast had all the right ingredients to capitalise on this opportunity.
