"Bullipedia" Lab to open in Barcelona

Ferran Adria has announced the opening of a BulliPedia Lab in Barcelona where a team of 80 researchers, chefs and techies will work on bringing to life his epic online culinary encyclopedia. The BulliPedia Lab is located in a 5,905-square foot former textile factory and will open May 15th.
