A Creativity for Development course (Crea4Dev) has just opened registrations

A Creativity for Development course (Crea4Dev) has just opened registrations at the initiative of the United Nations Institute for Training and Research (UNITAR) and the United Nations Conference on Trade and Development (UNCTAD). It was developed to raise awareness on the value of creativity and culture as pillars of sustainable development.

It will take you 4 hours to complete the Crea4Dev course, and identify the essence of creative economy and creative industries nowadays and the link between creative industries and sustainable development; and distinguish between the two business models of creative entrepreneurship.

How is the Crea4Dev course structured?

Each module has an animated video. You watch experts which will guide you through the topics. At the end of each module, you take an assessment activity which immerses you in the world of creative industries.

The course is divided in 4 modules:

• Creativity & Creative Economy

• Places, Networks and Connectivity

• The Characteristics of the Creative Labor Market

• Creative Business
