Gastronomic routes and rural tourism: a perfect combination in Argentina

The rural world not only produces food, it also holds the cultural landscape, traditions, architecture, nature and knowledge of identity. Those who live there want to stay, but it is not easy; “from the 60’s, technological development tends to concentrate land and expels population”, says Ernesto Barrera, coordinator of the Rural Tourism Area of FAUBA.
