Mistura Food Festival showcases the best of Peruvian gastronomy

The largest food festival in Latin America will be slicing, dicing, baking, barbequing and revelling all things food for ten days this September as farmers, chefs, confectioners, food lovers and culinary experts descend on Peru for the annual gastronomic festival, Mistura. This year Mistura will coincide with the launch of Latin America’s 50 Best Restaurants list.
