The European Young Chef Award 2017 competition is approaching! Young Chefs from the European Regions of Gastronomy will showcase their talent in a contest organised on 6 November 2017 at EUHT hospitality school in Sant Pol de Mar, Barcelona.
The objectives of the event will be to: Promote innovations on traditional cuisine; Highlight sustainable food cultures; Create future ambassadors for local food products.
